Clinical Leadership: With a little Help from Theory

Clinical leadership is an important aspect of contemporary nursing practice. In this workshop we extract some key ideas and principles from theory to guide the practice of nursing leadership in the emergency department.  We will use some scenario based group activities to aid our discussions and explorations. No need to prepare, come along and enjoy thinking about how leadership theories could be useful to your practice as a team member in the emergency department.
